Delete your Rich World account

In the app (fastest)

Open Rich World and tap the gear icon on Home to open Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
Sign in again when asked, to prove it is you.

Deletion happens straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@wellmategroup.co.uk with your display name. To make sure nobody can delete someone else's account, we then send a confirmation message to the email address on that account: the one you signed up with, your Google address if you used Google, or the address Apple shares with us if you used Sign in with Apple (with "Hide My Email" this is a private relay address that forwards to you). We delete the account only after you reply to that message, and within 30 days of your reply. A display name on its own is never enough, because other players can see it.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, profile, display name, country, age-check result, Gold Coin balance and history, game results, holdings, businesses, cosmetics, follows and rank. This cannot be undone.

What is kept

So that other players' records stay correct, past competition places, finished matches and Gold Coins other players received from you stay under the name "Deleted player" with no link to you. Reports and fraud records are kept for moderation without your account link.
