1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the Rich World apps and service, provided by Wellmate Group Ltd ("we"). By using Rich World you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can play

You must be 18 or over. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.

3. Gold Coins are play money

Gold Coins ("GC") are a virtual game currency used only inside Rich World. They have no monetary value. You cannot buy them with real money, and they cannot be sold, exchanged or cashed out for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, goods or prizes of any kind. You may send GC to other players inside the game within the limits shown in the app. Buying or selling GC, accounts or anything in the game for real money or any other value outside the game is not allowed. You have a limited licence to use GC inside the game; you do not own them. We may adjust balances to correct errors, or remove GC gained through cheating, bugs or breaking these terms.

4. Games, matches and competitions

Solo games and competitions are games of skill, scored on our servers. Head-to-head games are played against real players for GC stakes that each player chooses; the player who opens a game decides whom to accept. Ludo includes dice, rolled by our servers. The winner receives the GC pot; draws and cancelled games are refunded. All stakes and prizes are in GC only. Nobody can win or lose real money in Rich World.

5. Fictional market and businesses

All companies, shares and businesses in Rich World are fictional. Nothing in the game is investment advice or a real financial product.

6. Seasons

The Rich List runs in seasons of about four weeks. At the end of a season, holdings and businesses are converted to GC and part of your net worth carries into the next season. Badges and lifetime statistics are kept.

7. Ads

Rich World is free and is paid for by ads from Google AdMob. We keep them occasional. Some features let you choose to watch an ad for a GC reward; rewards are given only after the ad network confirms the ad was watched, and daily limits apply. Your choices about ad personalisation are explained in the privacy policy.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, modified apps or exploits;
• collude with other players, or lose on purpose to move GC between accounts;
• hold more than one account or share an account;
• use display names or messages that are offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or impersonate someone;
• harass other players;
• interfere with, probe or try to gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove rewards, freeze or close accounts that break these rules. You can report or block players in the app.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Rich World available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause it for maintenance or season changeovers. Rich World depends on third-party infrastructure, and interruptions to those services may interrupt the game. We may change, reset or end the game, giving notice in the app where we can.

10. Intellectual property

Rich World, its design, artwork, branding and software are owned by Wellmate Group Ltd. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial play, and nothing more.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

12. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Because Rich World is free and Gold Coins have no monetary value, and subject to the previous sentence, we are not liable for any loss of GC, rankings or game progress. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the EU, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
